Sometimes you can’t wait weeks for a new website. You’re opening a new location next week, a press feature is coming, your old site broke, or an event is around the corner. Rush builds make fast launches possible, but the speed depends as much on preparation as on the design team.
Here’s what to have ready so your rush website launches on time.
How rush builds work
Rush websites start from a professionally designed template that’s customized with your brand, content and images. Our rush pricing is simple and based on page count and turnaround:
- 7-day launch: $250 per page
- 72-hour rush: $400 per page
- 24–48 hour overnight: $600 per page (up to 5 pages)
All rush builds have a 3-page minimum, and the clock starts once we have your content, logo and approvals. A 5-page site on the 72-hour plan, for example, is $2,000.
Your rush launch checklist
Brand assets
- Your logo in high resolution (vector files like SVG, AI or EPS are best; a large PNG works too)
- Brand colors (hex codes if you have them) and fonts
- Any existing brand guide
Page plan
Decide which pages you need. A strong starter site often includes:
- Home
- About
- Services (or one page per main service)
- Contact
- One extra page for your biggest priority, like a menu, event, portfolio or FAQ
Written content
- A short description of your business and what makes it different
- Your list of services with a few sentences on each
- Contact details, hours, service area and social media links
- Any testimonials or reviews you’d like featured
Don’t have polished copy? Send rough notes. Our team can tighten and optimize them, but having the facts in hand is what keeps the timeline intact.
Photos and video
- Photos of your team, location, products or work
- Any video you’d like embedded
- If you don’t have photos, tell us early so we can source licensed images
Accounts and access
- Domain registrar login (or the person who manages it)
- Hosting details, if you already have hosting
- Google Business Profile, Analytics and Search Console access, if they exist
- Email address that form submissions should go to
One decision-maker
Fast projects need fast answers. Choose one person who can approve design and content quickly.
What can be added after launch
A rush launch gets you live quickly with a professional, mobile-friendly site. Afterward you can add more pages, add-on features like online booking or member accounts, deeper SEO and blog content, or move to a fully custom redesign.
Frequently asked questions
Will a rush site look rushed?
No. Starting from a professionally designed template lets us focus time on customization, quality checks and testing on phones, tablets and desktops.
What slows a rush build down?
Missing content, unclear approvals and domain access issues are the most common delays. Gathering everything on this checklist before kickoff prevents them.
Is a rush site good for SEO?
Rush sites include basic SEO setup, and they can be expanded with ongoing SEO and content after launch.
